Flank Steak Skewers Recipe
I’ve been eating so many mushrooms, I’ve finally had enough! I almost went to a Korean BBQ restaurant the other day because I’ve been seeing it all over Instagram. If your body is telling you something, listen to it! My body was telling me to eat some steak, baby!
Above is a pretty good duo. Both products were bought from Nugget grocery store. You can find the sauce on Amazon. I suggest eating clean, grass fed, organic red meat.
Before I assembled the skewers, I let the steak marinate for two days and then added more seasoning for extra flavor. Next time, I will cut the steak into strips and then marinate it all together…to save a few steps.
I would’ve also preferred to have this steak over a bed of rice…however, potatoes were the only starch I had in the pantry at the time. Additionally, I sautéed kale, asparagus & onions. There aren’t any rules to this food game, so cook what you want on the side!

Ingredients:
Approx. 1lb flank steak
1 pack Haven’s Kitchen Gingery Miso Sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp ginger powder
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
Directions:
Clean steak & pat dry.
Cut steak into thin slices across the grain.
In a large bowl mix the meat, ginger miso sauce, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic & ginger powder. Let it marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes and a maximum of two days.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Next, assemble the steak into the skewers.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper & place the skewers on the pan.
When the oven is ready, place the skewers in the oven for about 15 minutes. Check periodically & cook until a crust is formed on the meat.
Remove from oven, let it cool & enjoy.
